Working from home. It’s different when you’re an artist.
David Condamine is a professional artist. So are his friends George and Em. They’ve known each other for years and they all attend the opening of David’s new exhibition. Gallery assistant Felicity’s job is to manage David for the evening, and as the consummate professional she does not let on what she thinks about this, not even to herself.
Not everyone is so discreet and the others keep an eye out for developments, if any, and artist’s model Mimi appears to be the only one who remains unfazed.
David continues to paint with another one of his exhibitions taking shape, this time in New York. So, everyone moves their attention to outside the studio, which may or may not be as interesting, or as personal, as what’s going on inside it.
